I wasn’t ready for this!
Staying here for three nights was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, and the staff were welcoming, especially Mr Karim, who went the extra mile to assist us. Its location made exploring easy, being just a short walk from key attractions and the public transport lines. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, too!

The hotel is undergoing renovations that promise significant improvements.
I was also disappointed to find that the advertised amenities, including the pool and exercise room, were unavailable. On top of that, there were no parking options and the breakfast was subpar, lacking the expected variety.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Double Room for three nights. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The large en-suite offered a nice touch, making it feel like a retreat. Breakfast, while decent, could use more variety. Unfortunately, major renovations were ongoing, and I encountered significant noise starting early in the morning. While the staff were mostly polite, service at times felt rushed or uninformed, especially during busy hours. I appreciated the convenient location, right on the tram line, which made venturing into downtown Jerusalem a breeze. Overall, the welcoming environment and cleanliness stood out, but the ongoing renovations and some service issues impacted my stay quite a bit.

great family experience but expect some noise
The family room was spacious enough for my wife and two kids, allowing us to relax comfortably. The location was a major plus, right on the tram line for easy access to attractions. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.
Unfortunately, ongoing renovations led to some noise disturbances during our visit.
